The right of withdrawal may be exercised as provided for in the laws and regulations. The Customer shall be liable for the costs associated with the return of such orders.  <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When returning the goods, they must be free from any damage, in their original packaging, unopened and within their expiry date. If the Customer cannot meet these requirements, OMC &amp; CO Ltd reserves the right not to refund the Customer for the returned goods. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the Customer has discovered after receipt of the order that the goods in the order are damaged and\/or of poor quality, the Customer shall apply to OMC &amp; CO Ltd in a free form, accompanied by a photograph of the damaged goods and the bank account number to which the refund should be made.
