Sobrasada is a traditional, spreadable, dried, and cured pork sausage, whose origin is linked to the Balearic Islands belonging to Spain (especially Mallorca). Its main ingredients are minced pork, salt, and a large amount of red pepper or paprika (pimentón), which gives it a bright red color and a mild, creamy consistency.
