Terms of payment and return
Payment
The Buyer shall pay a delivery charge in addition to the order amount.
When ordering alcoholic beverages, delivery is made weekdays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 20:00, as well as on Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.
WAYS TO PAY FOR GOODS:
- Card payment
- You can pay for goods with your bank card by entering your card number and the required details.
- The goods will be dispatched only after payment has been received.
- Payment by bank transfer
- When you order an item, you will receive an automatic invoice to your email address.
- Please quote the invoice number when making payment.

Return of goods / right of withdrawal
- The Customer shall have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal unilaterally within 14 days of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal may be exercised as provided for in the laws and regulations. The Customer shall be liable for the costs associated with the return of such orders.
- When returning the goods, they must be free from any damage, in their original packaging, unopened and within their expiry date. If the Customer cannot meet these requirements, OMC & CO Ltd reserves the right not to refund the Customer for the returned goods.
- If the Customer has discovered after receipt of the order that the goods in the order are damaged and/or of poor quality, the Customer shall apply to OMC & CO Ltd in a free form, accompanied by a photograph of the damaged goods and the bank account number to which the refund should be made. OMC & CO Ltd will arrange the refund to the Customer’s specified account within the statutory time limit, i.e. within 30 days.
- The delivery costs are not refundable.
